Source resumes from Job portals, Data base, References of candidate’s; Contact’s establishment with various companies of similar profiles, Head Hunting Etc 2. Shortlist candidate profiles matching maximum to given profiles by our client. 3. Pre Screening 4. Client interface 5. Candidate interface 6. Joining / offer follow-up 7. Market survey report Maintenance for similar positions salary structure Skills Required: 1. Strong communication skills in English 2. Confident & with positive attitude towards work 3. Would like to learn about recruitment process & willing to gain long term experience & career 4. Good computer skills / MS Word/Excel knowledge is a must 5. Knowledge of email etiquettes & comfortable with internet terminologies 6. Good telephonic conversation skill’s with neutral accent 7.
